Park Francis Pavonia Plaza

When <u>Park Francis</u> was completed, the cobblestone pedestrian plaza created between these two multifamily buildings provided many opportunities. At the micro level, this cobblestone plaza offers additional gathering space and a quaint outdoor café seating environment. At the macro level, the pedestrian plaza continued the city grid and Pavonia Avenue. The view corridor to the East was reestablished opening the avenue and Hamilton Park to additional sunshine and a shortcut to Erie Street.
